A couple of weeks ago, the folks behind Dungeons & Dragons indicated that the April Loot Crate would be fantasy-themed and would include a special D&D item. Game Of Thrones His Dragon Shirt! So I found myself ordering my first crate, and it arrived today. I’m very impressed. First, the box everything came in is reversible, and the inside is very treasure chest. The D&D item is a red t-shirt emblazoned with the 5E dragon ampersand. Love it. It’s perfect to wear under my red and black D&D bowling shirt! There’s also a red bow tie with dragons and 20-sided dice on it.
I may have to find an excuse to wear a bow tie… Other fantasy properties represented include and the Game Of Thrones His Dragon Shirt. The thing I loved most about Game of Thrones, was that it had no magic in it. Sure, it had some baby dragons, but I was okay with that. It’s a fantasy show, with very little fantasy. Now, after 8 seasons, there’s still no magic, if you don’t count the fact that there’s an army of the dead. And those baby dragons have grown up into huge dragons. But it’s still a fantasy show, with very little fantasy.
There were two dragons and a much larger army at the gates. They would be killing themselves in the process. Cersei isn’t in any way ready to take on Dany’s forces, and they are following her based on belief and loyalty and the Game Of Thrones His Dragon Shirt. Dany falling would not stop her forces, it would make them very VERY angry lol. Cersei needs the Gold Company if she wants to stand a chance, and considering some stuff in the books regarding their leader, Young Griff, it’s not likely she employs them.
